ICPC银川站2020-2021事件的处理结果

尊敬的ICPC亚洲区主席黄金雄教授：
尊敬的ICPC EC委员会副主席李文新教授、姜学锋教授、张博锋教授：
5月15－16日，银川赛站举办了2020-2021 ICPC亚洲区域赛现场赛。赛后出现了网络舆情，给ICPC声誉带来了影响，我深感自责。我诚恳的通过你们向ICPC道歉！
作为银川赛站的RCD，我负有用人不当和后台管理不善的责任。我对于没有履行好RCD的职责，深感内疚和自责。
为了比赛的公平，东道主的队伍全部打星，不算成绩。打星的队伍数据全部不上传。
作为RCD，我将对银川赛站进行管理的整改，整改不达标不承办ICPC比赛。
对于给ICPC造成的不良影响，我再次表示深深的歉意！

Dear ICPC EC Standing Committee Vice Chairs Professor Wenxin Li, Professor Xuefeng Jiang, and Professor Bofeng Zhang:
From May 15th to 16th, the Asia Yinchuan Site held the 2020-2021 ICPC Asian Regional Contest. Internet public opinion showed strong complaints against Yinchuan site after the Contest, which had an impact on ICPC’s reputation. I deeply felt self-blamed. I sincerely apologize to ICPC through you! As the RCD of Yinchuan Site, I am responsible for the improper organization of Yinchuan committee and the poor contest management. I feel deeply guilty and self-blamed for not fulfilling the duties of RCD well.
For the fairness of the Contest, all host teams of NXIST were marked with stars, all contest results were not counted. All data of the host teams will not be calculated.
As an RCD, I will carry out management rectifications for the Yinchuan Site. If the rectification fails to meet the requirement, I will not apply to host the ICPC Contest.
For the adverse effects caused to ICPC, I once again express my deep apologies!

We have received the letter of apology you wrote to the Standing Committee of the Asia EC Council and Asia Council Chairman Professor Hwang. The EC committee accepts your sincere apology and agree to cancel the results and medals of all host teams.

The investigation of Yinchuan team accused cheating incident has achieved some milestones and I will send the investigation report to you in a separate e-mail.
The attached file (note: ABOVE) is the proposed action will be taken and the recommendation made by the Asia EC standing committee and by me.
