Minutes of the Meeting of RCDs of Asia West Continent Region, International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) held on 24 July 2021
The Director, Asia WC Region welcomed all the members attended the meeting held on 24 July 2021. He appreciated all the members for putting extraordinary efforts to make the regional contest successful in such an extraordinary situation during the pandemic Covid-19.
The following were decided in the meeting.
- The following are the contest dates of all Asia WC Regional Contest Site for 2020-2021 cycle:

- Contest platform for Dhaka and Kanpur Sites will be CodeMarshal An agreement must be made between CodeMarshal and RCD of the sites that CodeMarshal should not use ICPC logo or ICIC name for their business purposes. Any other similar partnership or sponsorship of any regional contest must have similar agreement.
- It was expected that all the Regionals of 2020-2021 cycle should be over by 28 August 2021.
- Proper proctoring strategy has to be made to ensure that the contest should be fair. The RCD of Dhaka Site has submitted the following proctoring guidelines through email:

- Regarding the participation of the teams in the Moscow World Finals which is expected to be held during the 1st week of October 2021, we are keeping the following options open:
